Fishers Green Consortium Clubs
Shows information about all the clubs
that are involved in the consortium.
Introduction
The Fishers Green Consortium was formed in 2010 to be able to bid on the control of waters that
were formerly run by Cemex Angling.
The clubs that go to make up the consortium joined together to lease the waters from Lee Valley
Park Authority. It is hoped that in the future the consortium will be able to improve the once
magnificent fishing back to its full potential. Over the past few years there hasn’t been much
investment into the upkeep of these waters and as a result the stocks are low and the fishing is
difficult. Only the most determined seem to sucessd. We will improve the stocks, swims and bailiff
the waters sufficiently to ensure safety for all our members.
A word of warning. Any person found to be poaching, fishing illegally, disregarding our rules,
interfering with the parks flora/fauna may face disciplinary action and/or be banned from all
waters in the Lee Valley.
